OVERVIEW:

UScellular® Prepaid Rewards uses smart technology to award you points every day for simply having the lock screen turned on.

CHALLENGE:

During the development of their new digital REWARDS program, USCC required assistance in identifying and resolving key issues, utilizing suitable products and experiences, and constructing them effectively.

In the incubation phase, I was enlisted to architect the process and aid in crafting an engaging customer experience through ideation, discovery, product design, and branding.

MY ROLE:

Product Design, UI/UX design, art direction, icon design, Visual Design.
