PetPlate

OVERVIEW:

They focus on what dogs actually want to eat (real, wholesome ingredients) and what they should eat (human-grade, nutrient-rich food) instead of merely what they could eat (meals, fillers, and by-products).

CHALLENGE:

PetPlate had a strong brand, but their website wasn't persuading users to sign up for subscriptions. The language didn't connect with users, leading to low conversion rates. I was brought in to revamp the site and boost conversions.
